Mastermind + Mentoring
Do you feel like God has given you a vision of what could be? You believe it is possible but have found the journey to be filled with delays and obstacles. Some of these blocks you know are mindset and some are the result of trying to do it all in your own strength. If you are tired of traveling alone, I invite you to join me for a 12-month immersive experience.
This opportunity is not for everyone. The ideal participant is a woman who is an aspiring communicator who desires to write (traditional or self-published) and/or has an emerging business/ministry. She firmly believes speaking is one of the ways God desires to use her gifts and desires to serve every audience well. She understands that reaping a harvest requires sowing her time, energy, and finances, and she is excited to invest in her calling.
This mastermind is designed to have both a group and 1-1 element. With interactive bi-weekly mentoring and advising by Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith, you'll learn how to work with God to build your business/ministry while honoring your need for rest.
In addition, mentees can join Dr. Saundra in person at a live event in the fall with all lodging and meals included!
**As an added bonus, those opting for the full-pay option will receive a personalized virtual VIP Day to strategically plan their 12-month business goals with step-by-step implementation.
It’s Time To Plan For Increase
This mastermind experience will help you align with God’s heart concerning you and those you are called to serve. The goal for this program to unlock your gifts and position you for God to release increase in your business/ministry. You will receive direct guidance to walk out your call as a Christian communicator with a kindom message. Due to the need for this to be a safe and supportive space for all participants, there is an application and interview process to confirm alignment between you and Dr. Saundra's spiritual beliefs.

GROUP TRAININGS
You will learn and practice new strategies during group sessions. This is a safe place where everyone can share their challenges and learn from each other's journeys.
Before each group session, you’ll receive an email with suggested pre-work. This should only take a few minutes to complete and will help you organize your thoughts and begin to seek God on the topic. Then, when you come to the session, you’ll be ready to share what came up for you. Past group members find it powerful to learn that others are having similar struggles and hear the creative ways the Holy Spirit is guiding them.

My why...
Most would describe me as a physician, author, and speaker. But at the core of it all, I am a daughter of a loving God who carries his heart for the wounded and hurting.
In 2009, I started writing as a way of communicating God's love and grace to serve the people around me. Each year since then he has stretched me and required my faith to elevate to new levels.
During much of that journey, I prayed for a mentor - someone who had already navigated some of the new territory I was entering and could share their life lessons and hard-earned wisdom.
God has encouraged me to be the mentor I always desired for a few arising speakers, writers, and business owners. They are those who have perceived that God is doing a new thing in their life which will require greater capacity.
Each year, I prayerfully ask God how I can best serve Christian communicators and entrepreneurs. During this season, my focus is on those who have a call to serve both faith-based and general markets. If you are a woman of faith who feels called to speak within churches and corporations, businesses, and arenas outside of the church, I'd love 1 year to share with you how to navigate both without compromising your faith.
I have a busy speaking schedule for 2025 including university events, Christian women's retreats, Christian writer's conferences, and numerous corporate events. I would love for each of these events to have a mastermind member by my side observing, serving, and learning.
I can think of no better way to help you see what is possible than to take you by the hand and walk with you. Obviously, this is not for everyone. But if God is tugging at your heart, I encourage you to prayerfully consider applying and investing in your future.
